I'm an information guy. I share information. I absorb information.
Anybody that saw Katt Williams on Club Shay Shay on Shannon Sharp's podcast, I said, oh, I'll pay for that. Oh, I would like to have that. Information is the finest form of currency. It is not precious metals. It is not cryptocurrency. It is certainly not fiat. Information is power.
And I love it when the people who continue to own Block Dag, and that's going to be part of my show today, share information that ties the dots together and exposes them with their pants down and Vaseline off the side because they decided. Now, this is shortly after Anthony Turner went on an AMA showed an LOI that made it seem like there was an intent to decouple from DAG Systems Ltd.
And create its own organization off to the side with a redacted line on the first page as to who it was. My theory is it's Giggles Family Trust. I cannot prove that.
But the funny thing is that the Black DAG Investors Official Channel got the DMCA takedown. I covered that and I said it's bullshit. We know it's bullshit. Right? And that was the great grunt Giglos.
Right.
I don't see it has been restored yet. I'm assuming it's still in the process. Counter notification process. I know Reid sent it to them directly as well as doing the counter notification through YouTube. So I think he did a double whammy on his.
So I'm pretty sure that they're gonna back down. But they're only doing it to try to suppress views. They're trying to mitigate excessive view. So when they see it show up at the top of the search and they see it's popular, that's when they do the bullshit DMCA takedown to try to stymie, look it up, the momentum of set upload. That's all. They're not saying that we really own this content, but. But I got to thinking maybe, just maybe they do think they own certain content types. Maybe they still own Block Dag. Maybe they still own Anthony Turner.
Maybe the takedown request that they're doing is because they don't understand that the marks. And by marks, I'm not even referring to Mark Comet now. I'm referring to their marks, their trademarks, right? Their brand. The Logos, websites, any video footage. Maybe they think that this is fair game for DMCA takedown. Maybe they think that they hold control over any sort of broadcast of any kind, whether it be video or not.
Of course that's a misunderstanding of the law because they don't control regular commentary, which is what I do at CryptoTalk FM and the one that got taken down on Reed's channel, which was a vetted AMA by the person in the project themselves being on it, agreed to be on it.
Maybe this organization that owns this did not allow or authorized Turner to be on that show.
Maybe that's what I was thinking. Maybe this oversight is telling us all we think we control all this information. Now, of course we know that's bullshit, but I'm saying that maybe that's their thought.
[00:03:49] Speaker A: You know, I did an audio only discussion about that great guru Kichu. I did an audio and I talked about it and I, you know, I gave my thoughts about it and it was a frustrating. That was the frustrating one. That was the.
I think that was the one where I couldn't stand to sit on it for. I think that's the same one. But I did an audio commentary. I didn't show any video because I don't. I just talked about it and gave thoughts about it.
I got another takedown, got another strike takedown. In this one they claim that there's quote, conference video, that this video of a conference.
There was no video of any conference. Even in the screenshot there was no. There's no conference at all. What the fuck are you talking about?
But I got to thinking, I figured I would grab this whole strike so you could see it and expose to the world that it's BlockX. Because it's always BlockX. And BlockX is a company out of India that I suspect is paid by grandkishlas to do these types of things. I can't prove prove that, but I suspect that's the case. I also theorized that BlockX has people who work inside YouTube to expedite these kinds of takedowns and violate due diligence and due process.
So they're doing that because they want to stymie your velocity. If something is popular, they want to kind of corral it and it's like a throttling, right? They don't want you to get. They don't really mean it. But when I said maybe they do think they own this stuff.
Here's where I'm going with this.
There's a pattern in what I see in the Takedown requests.
The pattern isn't even the depiction of Kishos, it's a depiction of Turner.
That's the pattern I see directly. The only exception to this would be a different one where they had that. That bullshit movie that they did that had nothing to do with anything that might have been an ad. I can't even prove it. I have no idea. That one got overturned. Clearly, this one, there's a depiction of Turner by way of the fact that he's on the ama, but it's a screenshot, it's a still of his presence on this thing. So they could very well say, hey, it's a privacy something. They can't prove privacy because none of them that are submitting are depicted in any way. If Turner agreed to be on a public broadcast, he's fair game for a screenshot of it. Like, that's the real of this.
So my point is that this is a YouTube thing and I want to clarify it. It is a YouTube thing. It is not a uniform thing across the industry. It is YouTube. YouTube is the one that takes this approach. You can go and see countless of these stories. So I. It didn't surprise me. I even said once I got the other one overturned, I said there'd be another bullshit takedown. Here we are with another bullshit takedown. I now am going through the process, not yet by way of the counter notification, because I'm testing a theory.
If my theory works, and I don't know that it will, but if my theory works, these motherfuckers are going to have a hard time going forward doing this shit.
But I don't know if my theory is going to work. I'm going to play it, I'm going to work it. I got two angles going.
The third is to get the attorney involved. But I want to see if this outlet that I'm working right now can do what I think it can do so that I can take a little bit more control over this whole fiasco. That rhymes. I think. I think if I can avoid the 10 days, because that's what I want to do, avoid the 10 days. You know what I'm saying? It's bullshit because that happened on one of them. They acknowledged this bullshit. We reversed it right away and it took like two or three days. That's what I'm. I'm seeing if I can take that angle again.
If it works, then I'm going to document the steps that I took for this channel, this process, because those that are being attacked.

And you motherfuckers in Block X, Kidros, Slack, whoever the fuck else, don't understand when you're up against somebody who has more technology savvy than you do.
So either way it'll get overturned and regardless, it's all over the interweb.
[00:08:19] Speaker A: It doesn't matter. It won't. It's going to show up in search results, it's going to get prioritized in SEO.
It's still out there. It's only a YouTube thing. And I don't care about YouTube's bullshit because I know they're bullshit. But what I don't like is when people violate laws openly as these motherfuckers are doing, and get away with it repeatedly. That's what I don't like.
So I think it was time for me to use my knowledge and resource to try to find a way to get. It's like the old days, right? We go from swords to muskets, we get a little bit smarter about how we conduct business on the battlefield. That's what this is. So that's what I'm going to do. Okay, that's. That's in the process right now. I've already submitted to see if this outlet works to basically deal with these as cool. Then I will share that weaponry knowledge to those who are being attacked. And that includes Reid, if he's interested.
So read as of this recording if he ever hears it. But Reid, as of this recording, will be unblocked from the channel.
The reason I'm doing that is because again, he has shown a pattern. He has shown a shift. It is a tangible shift in his messaging. There are things like Binance stuff's called out, you know. Why do you trust Turner?
I see a cautious optimism from Reid. I don't see a blind trust in faith at all. I see a cautious optimism. I see he wants to give the guy the benefit of the doubt. And I think many of them are like that want to give the guy the benefit of the doubt. He's saying the right stuff, but you're still like trust but verify mentality. Turner's lied. But then if you, if I'm right and somebody's got their finger on his balls, well, then what's he supposed to do? If I'm right and he's been threatened, Right, because we're being threatened. Okay, so it's possible he's being threatened. Like we don't know what's going on behind Turner. Shit. So I think what's happening is people are willing to give the benefit of the doubt of a legit intent to not use a pun to try to get decoupled. But. But some people have even said there's no way this is going to be let go. There's no way it's that simple. There's no way it's going to decouple. And this is. Some people think it's a scam because of the loi. Some people think that the LOI is just. It's a shield.
Like a shield organization preceding a rug. I have no idea what it did say is. And I'm saying here now. And why I'm unblocking Reed Block X.
If they're claiming copyright over the content, okay? And they're saying it's on behalf of Block Dag and Block Dag is aligned with DAG Systems.
[00:11:15] Speaker A: The LOI in my mind is bullshit. Not that Turner knows this. I'm saying that whoever he executed with and for it's all smoke.
That it's just a piece of paper. And I said I think it was is making moves behind the scenes to drain the money in a different way.
And that this is just a distraction. It's a Chewbacca to get you to be distracted away from what's happening under the hood. And the reason I'm so now confident that must be the case.
[00:11:49] Speaker A: You just now do an Eloi that gives intent to decouple from the old marketing to decouple from the old leadership to release all assets to turn over to Turner.
But then I get a copyright strike after that's been signed, which by definition the copyrights claiming ownership of something, there's nothing in mind that they can claim ownership of at all.
But they shouldn't even be able to claim in the first place on behalf of Block Dag.
See what I'm saying? If you are still over. If you're still in charge, okay, you can then say, well, we're in charge of the assets. And so we're doing XYZ logos or whatever that is.
If they're still in charge, that means they have the authority and the ability to do whatever they're doing. And Turner by his own admission said he was blind to a lot of this shit. So I'm saying, and I'd like you to hold me to my audio because I don't delete it. And regardless of these motherfuckers trying to do bullshit takedowns, it's all over the web. You can hear our site CryptoTalk FM. We actually have an alternate site now, by the way, Talk Crypto fm. At some point I will unify them, but I'm testing functionality between the two right now. I'm really a fan of Talk Crypto FM's flow compared to CryptoTalk FM, but CryptoTalk FM has a little bit more flexibility to it. Talk Crypto fm, the back end is more expensive. Expensive for what you get, but it has more features. So I'm testing the two. And I may just keep it this way. I may just say this will just be a different type of site. Same content, but a different look and feel. But I love its search, I love its speed. So you can hit us. Crypto Talk fm. Talk Crypto fm. Either site will take you to the information that these think that they're taking down, that they're not taking down. And then our uploads are all over the place on podcast platforms as well as multiple alternate video platforms. Because it's imperative.
Everybody understands we have to keep communicating the message. We have to saturate the world, and multiple of us have to keep doing it. You can't just do stovepipe. You can't just do one off and let it go. It has to stay in the messaging. It has to constantly be out there because if it drops off, it allows those snakes in the grass to. To sneak off and run away with your money. Don't allow that to happen.
If you honestly think and you have faith in Turner's ability to do something and you think he's a legit person, I'm serious. If you think he's a legit person, then the worst thing you could do is give him ammunition, too. That rhymes. You got to say, we got your back. So then we're going to expose this shit and speak out about it and not let it happen in silence. And that includes YouTube. But we know YouTube is a bunch of phalluses. Let's use that word.
