[00:01:10] And again, that person won't like what I said. I'm a little tardy, and that's only because my client needed me for some stuff.
[00:01:17] Plus, I just got a whole bunch of large shipments and I've got even more coming Monday. Getting that sorted out. Regardless, I'm going to cover these two points to the best of my ability as calmly as I can.
[00:01:31] But I think it's important that I just level set. This is not what I normally would be doing in this case. Okay, so first off, I gave an update about a week or so ago about another bullshit DMCA takedown.
[00:01:45] And I speculated that maybe these numb nuts that did it block X on behalf of Block Dag. I might clarify.
[00:01:53] Maybe they feel like they own Anthony Turner. Maybe they feel like they own all the marks, meaning trademarks, not Mark Hamid or a block Dag. Maybe they honestly believe that they have ownership and dictate over these things.
[00:02:10] And thus that was the origin of the takedown requests. I was not going to argue with the mark. And this, I will say, was a mark. The idiot who had the nerve to say that a copyright claim is not claiming ownership.
[00:02:26] That somebody would be stupid enough to claim copyright on false information, that somebody would be that dumb.
[00:02:33] This person wasn't worth arguing with. We understand the reason they're claiming copyright is they're stating that what was presented is true in some regard. That's why you claim it.
[00:02:45] But I got a notification at email just a couple minutes ago and you can see it in the thumbnail, but this notification basically says Good News has released their copyright claim on your YouTube video. It doesn't say Block X has released their copyright claim on your YouTube video. And I did include the title of the video that was attacked, which was my verbal only coverage of read Block Bag investors video that he did AMA with Turner the Great Grunky get out of our project ama. And I was simply providing fee. This is the one where I couldn't finish the damn thing because Turner was shifty as hell. That's the one, right? And all I did was provide my thoughts and provide little snippets of things. There was no copyright. I didn't take anything because it wasn't worth taking. It's just people talking. What's there to take? Nothing. That's why I speculated they might think they own Anthony Turner. And I was hoping that these cowards in their track and I did sic the lawyer on them through the process because I wasn't going to play the game.
[00:04:02] And I tried to go my other route that I talked about.
[00:04:06] And that route they refused to do it because they said, well, you got to spell out exactly what the problem is.
[00:04:12] So I was like, screw you, I'll just let the lawyer handle it. Lawyer did it. He knew what it was. He remembered and just said, I got you took it.
[00:04:21] Six days later I get this email saying it's revoked or pulled back.
[00:04:26] But I was hoping that these cowards would put Block X or block DAG on the notification back to me because that would show good faith to admit that they're the ones that did it. Now, it doesn't ultimately matter because I do have the evidence that these cowards did that in the first place. You might say it's not a big deal. They recanted it. They pulled it back.
[00:04:53] It's a big deal because they shouldn't have filed it in the first fucking place because they knew there was no copyright breached. So now I've got a different theory. I think what's happening is they're just going around and finding any mention of. And I said, I don't even think it's Gijeros. I think it's Turner. I think depictions of Turner with certain claims or statements made or his voice, which I didn't have in that one. But somehow they're connecting dots to something around Turner is my theory. The reason I've got this theory is why would they rename the submitter of the copyright claim to good news instead of just leaving it Block X? Because Block X is who submitted the claim. What are you afraid of? And what is the good news? The good news that you're pulling back a bullshit claim, you shouldn't have submitted it in the first place. That I'm supposed to take. Take that as good news that you were kind enough to pull back a violation of DMCA law. Let me alert you, because I know you're listening to me. Let me alert you that this is not good news. Certainly not for you. That rhymes. What you did is prove that you're cowards. Prove that you're bitch made, as the kids like to say.

I don't want you to expose who you are, but you should say, here's the photo they shared in Telescam. Look, here's the people I'm talking about. And this is the one you want to pay attention to.

It wasn't like, you know, fake AI or something. That's why I like when they put it on their site. I know that's not how they work. Point is, if I have that photographic evidence, I can. Then you point out the person that you call to attention where this improper money movement was involved.

[00:11:02] I already discussed that. I saw that already. That still does not connect the dots to people, and it does not connect the dots to intent. You made a claim about improper payments to certain people.
[00:11:16] This is why I need you to connect the dots in terms of this party that you're talking about because of the statement you made. Help me out here. You got to break it down. Don't assume I saw any of this. I don't know what you're talking about with the boat party, but it fascinates me because of course, Saitama had the failed November 13 Vegas event, which was a very similar shady, slimy thing. However, that event has footage. There was Jake gain drunk. He has his video. I've got a video from some of the presentations. There were photos shared. There's evidence that we can use to know who was there and what they were doing. So the claims cannot be refuted. That's what I need from you, right? You do not have to expose yourself. I do not want you to expose yourself. I want you to back up everything you're saying with information that others would not have. Don't assume that we do. And when we talk about money movement, I said, this is an HR person, Liza. An HR person is going to be moving money to pay people. What we don't know is whether the payments are improper. There's a very important distinction. You can't just say, well, money's moving. Of course it is. People. People have to be paid because it's salary, the hackathons. There's payments going to people. There's payments. All they've talked about, how people are winning these deals and hackathons and all that, they've already divulged that they're paying.
[00:12:37] What you're trying to share with me is that some of these payments are improper. I'm with you, and I'm happy to share anything that's divulged. We got to connect the dots. Let's try to prove payments are improper, not just call out, that money's moving. We know money's moving. Reed called it out on a recent episode. That money is moving. He saw, like, a million dollars move. I see from what you shared, that money's moving, but there's no in. There's nothing behind it.
[00:13:04] You called out a specific set of information that you are, quote, looking at right now. You don't have to share that because it may have internal, sensitive information.

But there has to be some information about the invite, why the person's there, communications between that person and somebody that we would not expect. Right. There has to be some way to connect the dots, draw an inference.
[00:13:45] Then I'm simply sharing the inference. This connects to this, which connects to this, which connects to this, which is a bit sketchy. Just like I just did in my rant where I said, I wish you cowards had put your name on it to connect the dots back. And I hope Turner divulges he's the one responsible for pulling it back, which connects the dots. We just need to connect the dots. You do not need to divulge who you are.
