[00:00:00] Out of Cycle Update.
[00:00:03] Rest in peace, young man. We hardly knew ye. CryptoTalk FM. My name is Leister, I'm your host with a quick and dirty follow on.
[00:00:11] First of all, shout out. The attorney didn't even really have to work hard.
[00:00:16] Put it out there. YouTube played some Bullshit games with the attorney.
[00:00:21] Attorney said, well, you send it.
[00:00:24] I sent it.
[00:00:26] YouTube play more bullshit games.
[00:00:29] Better Business Bureau. YouTube responded and acknowledged in writing.
[00:00:33] Yeah, these are bullshit DMCA takedowns. Okay, so why don't you restore them? Wouldn't restore them. Even though they admitted.
[00:00:42] And that's why I'm gonna drop the dime for folks here about how this old game works and it'll probably get taken down cause I'm exposing the inside of the business. But I think it's important. Safe Alert. Welcome back. Safe Alert by Scam Alert by Fetcher rather. Welcome back. Got some of his videos back. Hopefully he's going to roll that back and hopefully you'll hear that catastrophe of an AMA and do some coverage.
[00:01:03] But I'm going to expose the business. I got to expose the business because of what happened. Because if they just stayed in their lane, right, everything would have been fine. So the background, if you don't know, I did a coverage about the cop showing up about this garbage video and allegedly I, you know, did some copyright, some movie had nothing to do with my content.
[00:01:25] So here's how this works.
[00:01:27] You have YouTube and you have Google.
[00:01:30] Google owns YouTube, right?
[00:01:33] However, when there is some sort of claim of any kind, but mostly copyright, but it's any kind of claim. When there's some sort of a claim, the claim hits YouTube.
[00:01:46] YouTube has a group based out of India.
[00:01:51] That group does not review for the veracity, look it up of the claim. They simply take it on face that what's stated must be the truth. So you could state absolute bullshit and a quote, attack somebody's channel. Which is what happened to Scam Alert and what happened to myself.
[00:02:11] Now there's a process. When it's a copyright claim, the process is essentially guilty until proven innocent to start with. So they're saying, you claim over here that this person took your shit.
[00:02:26] So we're going to say that person that you claim took your shit got to prove they didn't take your shit. Now if you look at what's stated in the claim, it's obvious that whatever they're stated is not in the content. Which means YouTube could easily kick back on them. But they don't. They just take it. And then you have to do the work to push back and say, no, that's not true. There's two ways to do that.
[00:02:47] This is YouTube policy. A, you contact the submitter and tell them, hey, can you please leave me alone?
[00:02:54] Or B, you submit what's called a counter notification, which is essentially a legal process which says, sue me. Mfer. If you really think I took your shit, sue me.
[00:03:06] In both situations, YouTube will not take it down unless. Or restore. Take down this takedown request, restore your content unless A, the submitter pulls it back, or B, after you submit your thing, the counter notification.
[00:03:24] That submitter has 10 business days to prove that they're suing a motherfucker. Right?
[00:03:31] The point is that your stuff could be down for weeks.
[00:03:36] Because YouTube's policy is to say guilty until proven innocent, they favor the submitter of said claim.
[00:03:44] It's fine to do that by default as long as you actually look at the fucking claim and determine that what they said made any damn sense. The movie that they stated, there was not a lick of any of that content in anything I uploaded.
[00:03:57] Mine is audio only because I'm doing commentary as a podcaster at CryptoTalk FM around things I see online, which is always been fair game. I can do anything I want for commentary about things I see online. I can do screenshots, I can do websites, I can do hyperlinks, I can do documents. I'm doing audio, the podcast. That's what I do. That's why YouTube's the only one that does this shit.
[00:04:22] No other platform, and I'm on tons of them. You can see the little icons on this one, and that's only a fraction of where I am. I'm all over the place. They don't do any takedowns. Why? Because they understand it's audio commentary. You don't have a case here. You don't, but YouTube plays games with people.
[00:04:42] Now, there's two things that happen after this, right? So I said, okay, let's take step one. Step one is I'll leapfrog YouTube and go to Google.
[00:04:52] This is done by way of the Better Business Bureau. And I'll tell them, you know, this is bullshit.
[00:04:59] First, there's also the YouTube partner, which is a different service team than the ones who do the copyright takedown. You can't reach the YouTube partner without directly contacting them for assistance. They have stupid forms that block your ability to talk to somebody. But when you do that teen can look at it and say, this is bullshit. We're gonna reverse that. So they did that for one of Them that was the one that had that bullshit movie. They looked at it and said, there's nothing here. My beef back to them. They didn't respond because they knew I was kind of hot about it. Nobody could have looked at this. There's no way that anybody looked at this. So what's the deal here? And they didn't respond.
[00:05:36] The other one which claimed. They claimed that there was some sort of a website asset. Okay, so that's logo. That's something else. You still can do it. I can screenshot anything that's on a public website. That's the thing. So I'm trying to tell people. So it's fair. Okay.
[00:05:52] Here YouTube's not playing ball. So I do the Better Business Bureau off separately engaged. My attorney. Attorney was all over it. Shout out to him. All over it. Did the thing. YouTube rejected his.
[00:06:05] We followed the process. YouTube rejected his. That's how you know it's playing games. Because you're rejecting. You say attorney can do that and attorney does that. You still reject it. We know what the game is here. Okay.
[00:06:18] Better Business Bureau Google response. And they have acknowledged in writing that there was no violation of any copyright.
[00:06:25] There should not have been a strike. It was inappropriate. But they won't restore it because it has to go through the process, which is the counter notification because that's what YouTube forces.
[00:06:35] So now, okay, attorney advises do this. I did that. Then you got to wait the two weeks as of today. That video which is asking the question is block dag just a debit card for granquizzers. That's all I asked. And I was doing fair commentary. I'm discussing it, which I can do. There's nothing that violates any copyright. It's my own original information. You will find it nowhere else unless somebody copied it down.
[00:07:02] The flaw of them trying to copy it down is I have the original upload date. The original upload date, which is different than the date YouTube has, which nobody can see that actual date.
[00:07:14] You'd have to find the true origin. The true origin is not exposed to the public. So if somebody tried to do some fancy shit, I'll be able to prove that mine was the original state. What a lot of them would do is they'll try to extreme backdate it. Like they'll try to say, oh yeah, this was six months ago.
[00:07:32] Problem is that the screenshot I chose is on a very specific point time. So you'd have to go prior to that.
[00:07:38] Prior to that particular screenshot. If I recall correctly. Lock that didn't exist.
[00:07:43] You got to understand how the game is played, okay? The game is to be sold, not to be told. And that's how I roll. That rhymes. The bottom line is that YouTube pulls shady shit with people's channels. That's just what they do. That's why I don't really care about YouTube, despite what the marks are doing. I don't care about YouTube because I understand what they do, because I saw what they did in 2021. They were attacking people's channels for simply having a conversation about forcing stuff in people's arms. That's what people were talking about is we don't think you should. Even Shaq was talking about, we don't think you should force this. Da da da. They're just talking about it.
[00:08:19] And YouTube was blocking and banning immediately. Just like Jack Dorsey on X or Twitter at the time. So I understood YouTube's game. It didn't bother me any. I already knew there was no violation of any damn copyright whatsoever.
[00:08:33] This is the game though.
[00:08:35] They try to attack by doing fake DMCA takedowns, which actually are illegal, but YouTube is complicit in it because YouTube is afraid of them getting attacked. Even though I guarantee you these numb nuts would never try to sue YouTube. What would behoove YouTube is to not try to do guilty until proven innocent and challenge that submitter to prove that that content truly violates copyright and put the onus on them. You know why they don't do that? Because YouTube wants to make sure at the end of the day they're accommodating these so called creators.
[00:09:11] Because the creators are the ones who fill their pockets.
[00:09:16] Mine don't. I don't. I purposely don't. Ads are run on mine outside of my control, but I'm not generating that money for them. They get the money generation from those types creators over there. And in this case that block X I called it out, happens to be this organization that serves a bunch of different content pieces that happen to deal with movies that generate a lot of money, which generates a lot of revenue for YouTube. We know the game.
[00:09:41] In any event, DMCA was the case that they gave me and I'm now strike free. I'm sure there'll be some more bullshit claims submitted the way.
[00:09:51] It doesn't matter.
[00:09:53] It truly doesn't. It doesn't matter. I had to send a message. You cannot send phony DMCA claims if you have a legit claim come at it. But you didn't have anything. You had nothing real. It was not legit. That's why you lost, dude. Or lady. That's why with Scam Alert, you lost.
[00:10:11] You keep losing and taking. Ls because you don't understand.
[00:10:15] Rather than do the right thing, because I know that you're associated somehow with Block Dag, likely through Nick Vander idiot, though I cannot prove it. Rather than do the right thing, which is to actually fix it. Or here's about better one. How's about you simply say, you know what, Leister Crypto Talk fm. I want the smoke.
[00:10:35] Bring me on the show and I'll confront your claims directly and we can have the conversation publicly broadcast to the world and you can see if you can beat me on my show.
[00:10:45] Because if you can beat me on my show, think of how amazing that would be for you.
[00:10:50] The reason you don't and the reason you move in silence and the reason you move like cowards in the night is because you know you can't beat me. Because nothing I've said was wrong, as many of the people who at one point your ardent supporters have now acknowledged to be the truth. I even saw a person who actually said to who was attacking Binance stuff in the past, actually openly apologized to Binance stuff because that person realized that Binance stuff, John was his advocate, was trying to help them all along, tell them the truth, and instead you're just. That these diehards were attacking and now these diehards are dying off and becoming critical, as they should have been all along.
[00:11:28] I don't. I just want to get my credit. Hey, that's it, you know. But you, whoever you are, because I don't think it was Nick Vander idiot himself. I think he contacted this person. I think he called somebody.
[00:11:40] Whoever you are, the best way to beat me is to try to beat me. Come on my shit.
[00:11:47] Face me.
[00:11:49] Take the questions, answer the questions. The questions that Anthony Turter ducked and dodged like the Matrix. How about one of you come straight on where the money is? If you've got proof, why don't you bring it?
[00:12:04] If we're wrong, okay, If. If some of us are wrong, if we're not telling the truth, how about you beat us at this?
[00:12:11] That's how men act. And if you're female, that's how you beat men, is you come with data, facts, evidence to prove your position that you're not scammers. If you don't show up with that evidence and you don't prove that you're not scammers, we got every damn right to call you scammers. Because you have not disproved that you're scammers. So we'll continue calling you this. And it doesn't matter how many takedowns you try to submit on people, you're going to keep taking L's left to right to Sunday. And we're going to keep calling you out for your bullshit because it's bullshit what you're doing with people's money. And I'm not going to continue trying to warn you about these people who are making whatever claims about Dark Web and assassins. I'm not going to do the warnings anymore. If other certain activities are brought to my attention. I'm not going to put a warning out about it.
[00:13:07] You might think that's unethical. It's not unethical. I want you to come face me. I want you to come on the show and disprove what we're saying. I want you to come face me directly. Don't move in the shadows like a snake in the grass. Come face me straight with the data and the evidence to back up that you're not scammers. And I'm not talking about the shits on your side. I'm talking about the shit we've not seen.
[00:13:31] Let's disprove the narrative that you lied about the Inter Milan. Let's disprove the narrative that you lied about Dortmund. Let's disprove the theory that BWT's not going to get paid. Let's disprove the theory that WPRO is involved or not. Let's disprove the theory that Guron Kijiros is involved or not. Let's disprove the theory that you were in the same building with Guron Kijiros at some point. Let's disprove the theory that Nick Vander idiot was pulling strings the whole time. Let's disprove the theory that the money's gone.
[00:14:05] This is easy.
[00:14:07] You beat me by beating me. That's come to my shit and face me on the level because I've called you out.
[00:14:15] You shouldn't want to be called out and scamper off like a bitch.
[00:14:19] And I did get a chuckle by one of the people on the comments about Turner saying, you know, he's talking about transitioning. Maybe he's transitioning to be a girl because he's acting like a bitch. That was amazing, by the way, folks. Block X.
[00:14:32] Block Dag Vander idiot. Who the fuck ever. I don't care who it was. I know Block X is the one who submitted. I know you submitted on behalf of Block Dag. That's all I have. I don't have names. Because you're cowards.
[00:14:44] You're cowards.
[00:14:47] Come at it. Come at me, bro.
[00:14:50] I'm right here. Come on. The show that rhymes. Face me with data and facts to back up what you say and defeat my claims. That's all.
[00:15:03] Think of how amazing you'll look if you can shoot me down and make Anthony Turner look like more than the almost said an inappropriate word than the jack off. Let's do that. That he looked like on the ama. What about that? Don't you want him to look like a star? Don't you want him to look like the next leader? Don't you want the community to be feeling better about what you're doing? Don't you want to get this Block Dag back? Generating more money like a money printer? Don't you want to get back to the glory days when you were pulling $10 million every day? Don't you want to get that back? It's easy to get it back because if you beat me on a public forum, everybody's going to take notice.
[00:15:48] And when they take notice, what do you think is going to happen?
[00:15:51] It's easy. It's a 5050 shot.
[00:15:54] A, I'm A. Bomb your ass out the room and we'll know for sure.
[00:16:00] B, you'll smash me and everybody will feel a lot better. It's just that Anthony Turner's a blistering idiot. I said it before. You're either scammers or blistering idiots. Why don't we try to understand which it is?
[00:16:13] Come at me.
