[00:00:01] Speaker A: Welcome to Crypto Talk Radio, the podcast for everyday investors like you. Visit us on the [email protected] and now here's your host, Leister. [00:00:13] Speaker B: Thank you for that, Bailey. And welcome everybody out there in Crypto Talk radio [email protected] the day has arrived. The time has come. You are now going to hear me say something I have refused to say up to this point. I don't want to, but I got to because they've now given me the last bit of evidence that I needed to firm an opinion. And it's only an opinion because I still don't have the rock solid that I hoped to have. I'm hoping to receive this come Friday. More information about that yet to come. This is going out to the Block Dag people and possibly Guron Kisilos. I can't confirm that, but it's going out to the blockdag people as well as whoever it is in India that is part of the BlockDag collaboration. At this point, it's going out to you because I think it's time for me to say what I had refused to say all along. Once Friday comes along, I'll get more information, hopefully. And at that point, I'm going to do a follow on and the follow on is going to go. It doesn't matter what you say, it doesn't matter what you do, it's going to go. It's going to go out. On behalf of you, that rhymes, let's talk some numbers. Today's episode is going to be very laser focused. CoinDesk.com we're going to zoom out to the month chart for bitcoin. Bitcoin had some rough rumble stuff happen. And then larger crypto had some rough rumble stuff happen. But speaking of bitcoin in particular, over the past 24 hours, a low about 108,000 bucks ish high of 114,000. Significant volatility currently in a downward trend hovering around 109,000. Mark finally breached. But breached down the range that I was referring to. That happened so very long. What happened? Well, we knew that there were all these cells and everything that were happening. But what also affected cryptocurrency on a wider scale that you might not have been aware is an impact is the AWS outage. Reminds me of whatever that guy's name is from the Saitama stuff. And he was on Shinja as well. What was that guy's name? I can't remember. Oh, you have AWS. There's no DDoS I can't remember the guy's name, but that's what it reminded me of. So aws, which is Amazon Web Services, is their cloud infrastructure. And to their detriment, many service providers have leapt onto AWS for their services and they've created a form of centralization. And I did a video years, or actually it was just regular audio year about a year ago, ish, where I joked about the decentralization. It's got Dr. Evil with the double quotes in there about decentralization because I said it's a myth. I said that there's so much centralization on the technology layer that it's a joke to think that we are decentralized. And hopefully this event, which I believe has long since passed, but there's still some inklings of it, hopefully helps you understand how easy it is to bring cryptocurrency crashing down back to Earth. Hopefully it helps you understand when I say that we're not going to be in this mythical world where all people are doing like some of these YouTubers are telling you that we're going to be in this, like da Vinci, Germany was doing it, bleeds was doing it. You know, a bunch were doing. It's not just one telling you that we have this mythical world coming where there's not going to be any sort of physical assets and it's all going to be cryptocurrency. Not while you got crap like that going on. I'm telling you straight up now, that said gold had s, you know, me and precious metals. Gold had spiked. It went all the way up. I want to say it was like 43, 4400 bucks or something. And then it did a major dump down. Silver as well, did a pretty large, you know, relatively speaking, percentage wise, drop back down. But there was a lot of the differences. There was a lot of FOMO buying on the runoffs of precious metals. And I warned you it was coming. I told you. And it's still, it's gonna go back up again. I'm guaranteeing you precious metals are going to have another rise. Gold already starting some of the recovery. Silver starting to rebound ever so slightly. But right now, I'm telling you, if you look at some of these sellers, you're seeing that their premiums are sky high. That's because they know what the deal is. They know this thing's. This is a temporary blip and it's going to go back out. So some of these people were starting to FOMO into all this stuff, and as a result, they're starting to be constraints on supply in certain places. Like I had looked at, you know, gold as an example. I looked at gold a little while ago and it was plentiful across the spectrum. And now I was starting to see some outages, which is unusual. Like I usually don't see that a lot of these are sold out, but I'm starting to see a lot of these be sold out. And I'm like, okay, I want to get in on some of this a dude, right? So I was going to place some orders for actually copper. And you might think I'm crazy, but the reason I was going to do that is because I already have some copper. I've got a 10 pound copper dude. But I have a strong suspicion that copper in the long. So we're talking, you know, I'll probably not even be on this earth at the time. I think the long game of copper is that it's going to go up as well, even though it's not necessarily a precious metal. Then silver, I do have some stacks on silver and I got a little bit of platinum. The platinum or excuse me, palladium. I have platinum. The palladium is what I wanted to talk about. The palladium was completely sold out. Like, what the heck is going on here? Completely sold out. They finally got an ounce back in, but you can't buy the gram bars, they're just completely sold out. So when I tell you, and I warn you multiple times that there's something with this precious metal business, you can choose to ignore. Leister CryptoTalk FM that's cool. I'm telling you that it's a shift. And I'm telling you that despite what the YouTubers are telling you, I don't see where in this world where we're going to be totally reliant on cryptocurrency only and never have Fiat or Precious because as you saw, just AWS could just get hosed. Some jerk off can reboot a server and kill the whole business and look at how much money was lost in this whole crash. That's my theory. You can hold me to it. The remainder of today's episode is laser focused, targeted specific. Because I have to. I think it's important I put it out and hopefully Binance stuff gets a chance to hear it because it may be the last time he gets a chance to hear it on YouTube. I don't know for sure. Here's what happened. I had received a copyright strike. The copyright strike was against the video about frustration in Reddit, which I said there is, and it was talking about some terrible Indian movie. There's no such a content on the damn thing. I've already got an attorney involved because my email, they did not respond to it. So that told me it was a bunch of bullshit. And I understand what they're trying to do. What they're trying to do is they're tr. Because when you do the counter notification, it's called when there's a strike, they want to get all your personal deets right so they can bully you. That's what it is. I understood. And so I said I'm going to send them an email. We'll see what happens. If they respond to the email and they realize their mistake, then we can always, you know, go back and do whatever. Never respond to the email. Okay, well, if you don't want to respond to the email, then here's what we'll do. We will go the next step, which is to have the attorney involved. So I've already done that part of the process to kick that off, and we'll see how that goes to see if the attorney's willing to take this on. And this would basically start this to where we're saying it's like a, you know, hey, persons out here, if you're going to sue because of this content, bring it. That's basically what this process does, is it says, YouTube says you now have to step up and prove you're going to sue. Leister or the channel, I should say more appropriately, you have to step up and prove you're going to sue. Now, the flaw of this is that YouTube's process ties to an individual, even if the individual doesn't own the content, because many of the channels out there, especially the larger ones with many of the channels out there, are owned by businesses. Mine is owned by a business. It's not owned by an individual. So for the what's called service of process, service of process is whoever owns the asset is who should be served. In the event there's a legal dispute, that should be the business. YouTube does not allow you to submit the business contact, which is what they're supposed to do, because the business is who would be sued in that regard. The reason they don't do that is because they're trying to target the individual as the one who may have infringed. But if there was no infringement, the person, the content creator, doesn't have any rebuttal other than to violate the privacy of a thing. Plus, if the individual's not the one who owns the content, you. It's improper. It's a violation of service and process. So my point is, this whole fiasco is really YouTube's fault for not having proper guardrails. The reason they don't want to do that is that the law, the dmca, forces them to take action quickly. It forces them to to abide by takedowns. But then they tell the person submitting, you have to make sure that this is legit. But they don't verify it actually is. They just take it on face that it must be. Now, like I said, the one that I received was some terrible Indian movie. There is no such a content about said Indian movie whatsoever. I dialed in today and I noticed that a different upload received a takedown notice. Now, this other one was the one that I did, and it was the podcast episode straight, so full half hour podcast episode. And this time the mention for what allegedly was violated was in the video description. Well, what. My video description is pretty standard. And it's just words, right? And there's no copying of those words from anything else other than my own stuff. So then I looked at the pattern, and it turns out that what they're claiming is that sharing a link where the link doesn't have anything other, it's a link, right? That sharing a link is violating copyright. Well, then, now I understand why they went after the first one. Because the first one's where the link actually existed. The link is, of course, a document that was compiled by an individual and has nothing to do with the company. Here's the beauty of this and the reason I wanted to target today's episode to this chaos, right? This second one says specifically that it was Block DAG that submitted the copyright strike request, the takedown request. If blockdag is then saying, this content is ours, that's what that means, copyright. They're acknowledging that what is in the document is true. They're acknowledging that what is in the document represents their product. That means they are accepting and acknowledging that Gurong Kizilos is somehow associated with the project, because the only reason that they would claim a copyright is to state that the content of said document is actually truly theirs. So they're admitting that what was stated in that document, which were just claims, right? They're just claims and statements. They're saying that, yes, this is all true and it is ours, and that's why we did this request. So I'm doing this episode so that I can help people now say what I previously would not say. Now, I must say, because Block Dag put their name on it. I said before the last one. I was hoping that this was the opportunity to get that last bit of something. And Fridays when hopefully I'll get more information to dig into it. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children over the ages of 18, I now have enough, because of Block Dag's very action, to make the following statements in full confidence as opinions of my own as a podcaster that I am with fair use and the ability to say these things because I'm stating an opinion based on data that they themselves provided and thus are not subject to any sort of copyright rules whatsoever. BlockDag, by their admission, states that a document that is not their document but yet contains information that makes an allegation that Gurong Kizilos is somehow associated with blockdag and possibly his own owner. That said document that makes the statement that blockdag simply refused to pay Inter Milan, that makes the claim that BlockDag simply refused to pay Borussia Dortmund. That's the very document that makes the claim about all this sketchy activity. The Block Dag, according to the claim that they sent Block Dag, is who ultimately says they own this information. Block Dag is saying that this information, therefore must be the truth because they're taking claim that it's theirs. If you're taking claim that it's yours and it's your information, you are claiming that it is true. Since you're claiming that it is true, that can only mean one thing. Based on the assessment of mine as a cryptocurrency auditor that I am having evaluated all the information that was presented in the document, which previously I said I could not verify, but now Block Dag is verifying. That must be the truth. In my capacity as a certified cryptocurrency auditor and and in my assessment as a podcaster and my right to review whatever the fuck I want to and say whatever the fuck I want to, I'm going to tell you that until further notice, henceforth and forthwith, Block Dag is run by people who are most likely trying to scam somebody. I can't say who they're trying to specifically scam. I can't say who the person is that is trying to scam. I'm simply saying, as a generic term based on the assessment of information that Block Dag, the organization, is somehow trying to scam somebody. What they're trying to scam for, I cannot say. I am saying Guran Kizilos, and this is public record, which means I have the right to say it in all fair use and I could say whatever the fuck I want to say as a podcast about it, Guran Kizilos has been associated with Lannistar. If that person or Block Dag would like to dispute that, there's public links out there that already verify what it just said to be the truth. Second, I can share whatever the fuck link I want to, because if the link is a public link, you have no rights over a link. You have rights behind what's behind the link. At no point have I ever distributed, shared link or provided or modified or done anything to any content that you directly own that was not already public. That means as per fair use, I can use whatever the fuck I want to and say whatever the fuck I want to about said content. Second, since I understand that the Block Dag organization is therefore trying to scam somebody and I can't say who it is that's trying to specifically scam within the organization, all I can do is recommend to anybody listening to michelle@cryptotalk fm that you do not associate further with the Block Dag project. I will then second say it is a strong probability that if you've already put any money into block bag, whether for the pre sales that went on endlessly in the countdowns or for miners that you never did fucking get because they lied to you about the shipping of said, it is a strong probability that even if you do get some sort of something, the value of said something is likely to end up to be zero in short order after whatever launch they purport to be able to do. Look it up. In other words, I'm suggesting, and this is only a theory and it's a statement and an assessment as a certified cryptocurrency auditor as well as a podcaster, which means I can do whatever the fuck I want to do with any sort of assessment or evaluation or review of any sort of publicly available information. The publicly available information made available to me tells me they are most likely going to distribute something to you. I've never once said that nothing will be distributed. I'm sure something will probably be distributed. I'm saying, and I am saying as a matter of statement, and it's my opinion, and it's my right to give my opinion about whatever the I want to for publicly available information that whatever it is that they decide to distribute is likely to end up with zero value to within a short order after they distribute it to you, which is akin to a rug pull. Whether or not they do that immediate or it takes A little bit of time. Whether or not there's a funds lockup, whether or not there is a blockchain, whether or not they do a presentation showing you that there's actual transactions and that they're not stealing your money, whether or not they show you any of that stuff. If you go back to the very first coverage I did, I said it's guaranteed to be a pump and dump. I'm simply affirming what I already said, which is I'm pretty sure it's going to be a pump and dump. You're asking, well, what's different this time? What's different this time is that the first time I said it was going to be a pump and dump, I speculated that the pump and dump was going to be just by virtue of whales dumping off the project. This time, I speculate it's going to be a pump and dump due to whoever it is inside Block Dag that has intentions of stealing your money and and resulting value to zero. I'm going to speculate and I want you to hold me accountable and listen the people on the Block Dag. I know you listen to my shit. I want you to hear this. Not just the people in your community that you're grifting. I want you to hear this too, folks. Chances are what's going to happen. Let's see how much of a Nostradamus I am. Chances are what's going to happen as we draw closer to an alleged launch of some kind. I saw you're going to do a quote unquote, Binance AMA using Binance's logo improperly, which is a violation of copyright, by the way. But using Binance's logo, talking about a Binance AMA to trigger FOMO for people to buy into the project, when really you're just talking about Binance Square, where any Tom, Dick or Harry can go in there and create some sort of a thread and then host the video and make you feel good that you're showing up on Binance's stuff when anybody can do it. I understand that's what that's for. Allegedly, that's going to be the Friday, right? If that's going to be the Friday, I was told in separate circles. Because you have to understand there are people in your very community that are pissed off about what the fuck you're doing so far, and they have offered to share additional information that you may not be understanding or aware of simply because you want to try to come at different people and you're not willing to fix your stuff. And you're possibly trying to hide your tracks. I can't say because I don't know who it is in the block. Dag side could be Nick Vander idiot himself for all I know. I. I don't know. All I do know is that somebody allegedly is going to share some additional information and they're going to be sharing it on the Friday and allegedly the Friday AMA is going to be a clusterfuck is what I'm told. Let's assume that that goes on without hitch. I assume that as we get ever so closer to whatever this is going to be, whatever you're going to distribute, that you're going to suddenly announce that there are some problems, whether it's technical problems, security problems or financial problems, you're going to announce some sort of problems. Those problems are going to lend themselves all of a sudden to a significant decrease in value for whatever that is, miners or whatever the pre sale stuff, lockup of funds. You're going to be talking about that there's a decrease and you can't do anything about it because of whatever this issue is. People are going to be pissed off at you, trying to hammer you for answers. Slowly but surely you're going to disappear and quote un alive as the kids say all your different social medias as you disappear off into the sunset, only to later spin up a different project called a different name, just like you did with Euler Network. That's what I suspect is going to happen. Do I have evidence you're going to do that? Absolutely not. That's why I'm going to record it. Because I can say whatever the fuck I want to say is in my opinion and I will put that out there. And I want people, especially the blockback people, to hear what I just said. Because at this point only one of two things can happen. Because no matter how hard you guys try to remove content like you tried to, like you remove that guy's medium posts like you're trying to remove my YouTube channel, not understanding that YouTube doesn't mean shit to me. It's just one distribution source of multi mini that ultimately my content is spread throughout the interwebs and cannot be stopped. That content is archived through archive.org and will live on in perpetuity. Regardless of how butthurt you get about being called out for your bullshit, regardless of any of that stuff, I still want you to hear this episode in particular so you can understand that it didn't have to get this far, it didn't have to go this way, it didn't have to be like this. You made it that way. Because if you haven't learned already, you're good. Hey, the YouTube, whatever. It doesn't matter. I'm a podcaster, folks. It doesn't really matter. I'll tell you straight. There has never been a copyright violation. I have never breached any copyright. You're abusing dmca, which is actually against the law. So if the attorney wants to take that and wants to run with it, we can do that. If that's what you want to do and make it hard on yourself. Because if it's. If we can prove that you violated dmca, you've got problems. Now you might then choose to misuse investor funds to try to do some lawsuit type business. I challenge you to try to do that. Because at that point we can do discovery. And in discovery I get to ask you all the questions that we need to ask and then we can really understand it. And from a jurisdiction perspective, if you're not in the United States, I don't see it going very well for you, sir or madam. What I recommend for you, what I suggest for you, is that if you want to make this right and you want to drop this, I suggest you contact Block X because that's who you sicked on it. I suggest you contact Block X and tell them just let it go. The person has not violated a damn thing. And we don't want to get countersued. We don't want to get that smoke. We don't want stuff coming back our way. This isn't going to do any good, especially if you plan to rip people off like I think you're going to do. Because the thing is, if you do rip people off like I think you're going to do everything that you're trying to do to hide all the critical information, everything that you're trying to do to suppress critical information is for not folks. It's not going to do you any good because you then are going to be the per the point of attack. Remember, I was the one who tried to warn you about these rumors about somebody going to the Dark Web to hire assassins to go after y' all asses. I tried to warn you about that stuff because I'm trying to help you motherfuckers out. But here's the truth. You're doing that on your own. So if you're really telling me that it's worth your time and energy to try to suppress critical information yet still present yourself as a legitimate project, and meanwhile you're potentially Trying to rip people off with their money. I would say have at it. Have at it. I am truly fascinated at your boldness. I'm truly fascinated at your. Because the car salesman on Seifu, he did empty threats like crazy, but he didn't go so far as to try to censor critical rebuttals against him. He allowed that to go and just ignored it. You guys did the wrong thing by contacting Block X. Because all you've done is set yourself up for a point where two things will happen. Either we'll come back at you and you'll back down. Meaning you have to prove that you're going to sue a motherfucker. And if you're not going to SUE A motherfucker, YouTube's going to tell you to kick rocks and the content will be back up there and you might lose your privileges. And if you lose your privileges and I can prove it came from block that, guess what happens to your fucking channel. Or you do produce some loss lawsuits, you come legal actions. Which means, again, I can countersue, do discovery. I get to ask all the questions that your community should know the answers to. And unlike the mark that you've allied with who's helping you duck smoke, I can actually ask real questions. I'll tell them to give me the questions to ask and we'll understand once and for all exactly what's going on. We'll do the deep dive to understand who's really at the top of your chain. We'll understand who it is that authorized these submissions of a violation of dmca. And I will take your asses to the cleaners because I can. Because when you violate dmca, it is illegal to do so. It opens countersuits. Countersuits include punitive damages. Punitive because you're doing it for malicious reasons. You're doing it to censor. Here's the beauty. Even better. I can even open it up to where Uncle Doug can just jump on board because his information was censored. And I'll find anybody else who you've gone after to try to censor criticism. Even going back to Euler, because, by the way, I can prove you're associated to Euler, because by your own admission, you used to be Euler, which means you've already created a link. And I can use all the shit you did back when it was Euler, and I can bring those people on board. You don't understand. Whoever it was that got set off and butthurt and tried to sick Block X made a critical Mistake. The best thing you could have done is to simply ignore that criticism and get your shit back on track. Because that's all it's entire entitled to be doing. You didn't do it. Now you got Safe Alert by Fetra. He's over there, he's doing more coverage that's critical of you. Are you going to go after him because he made Anthony Turner look like Matthew Lesko? There's no copyright there. It's parody. It's fair use. Are you going to go after Binance stuff because he showed screenshots of all your various stuff, including the shit that fell out with the invoice. How far do you want to go? And then again you're helping people line up to have a handout to take your asses to the cleaners regardless of where you happen to be in the world. Because remember, outside, of, what is it, Taiwan, Vietnam and a couple of others, even kim.com got caught up on the lam. So you can try if you want to do that. It's up to you. Or do the right thing, Anthony, Nick, Stephen, Dr. Hurley, whoever it is over there. Dr. Hurley knows good and damn well there was no violation of copyright on and he probably doesn't watch it, but if he did, he'd say what the fuck are you doing? Listen, people have some common sense. Whoever it is that got butthurt over there, tell them you got this wrong. Call block X. Tell them to recant what they did because they got it wrong before this gets out of control and it's too far because it doesn't matter. Let's say you do more false and fake takedowns. It doesn't matter. The YouTube channel doesn't really matter. It's a one distribution medium of countless. It doesn't matter. The content's already out there. It doesn't matter. Archive.org already got content. It doesn't matter. None of it matters. You're playing whack a mole. You can't run from this. All you can do is own it. And if you own it now and course correct, you might actually survive again. I'm sure you'll launch some damn thing. But at this point I'm going to tell any and everybody and I will assure you a significant amount of people are going to hear what I say in this upload. I promise you a significant quantity of of people will hear what I'm saying. You can sit and look at YouTube's numbers and assume that's not going to be the case because you're dumb asses who don't understand that YouTube is simply a one replication source. It's all it is. I'm a podcaster, and there's not a damn thing you can do about a podcaster who's discussing something that they see you can't do shit about it. It doesn't violate any copyright for me to do a discussion. So it's up to you. Bottom line. You can make the right decision, or you can make the wrong decision. At this point, it's all on you. You have the power to make this right before it goes terribly wrong for each and every fucking one.
